We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our 20-hour transit in Doha, and everything about the experience exceeded our expectations. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained—perfect for a restful stopover. The service was exceptional from the moment we arrived, and every staff member we interacted with was warm and professional. The breakfast was a real highlight—fresh, delicious, and with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. A special mention goes to Dhurba, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and enjoyable. His attentiveness, helpfulness, and kind demeanor made a big difference and left a lasting impression. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone transiting through Doha or visiting the city—it’s a perfect blend of comfort and top-notch hospitality.

Fantastic 3 night stay in Doha en route to Canada. Lovely quiet hotel, room had city lights views. All the staff were so amazing and helpful. Especially like to thank Ansar, nothing was too much trouble ( he could be management material). Jamal was great too. Too many staff to thank, everyone was amazing.

I had a wonderful stay at Souq Waqif Boutique Hotels by Tivoli. The atmosphere was so cozy and charming. It really made our trip special. What stood out the most was the exceptional service we received from a staff member named Ahmad. He welcomed us with a big smile when we first arrived and personally made sure we got to our car on the last day. Throughout our stay, he was consistently kind, helpful, and genuinely warm. Thanks to him, both the beginning and end of our visit felt perfect. I’d definitely love to come back again!
