DO NOT STAY HERE!! This hotel was an absolute disaster. I rarely write reviews, but this stay was so bad I feel I have to warn others. The bathroom was filthy, with mould creeping along the tiles, around the shower edges, and even spreading across the ceiling. The toilet was clogged and clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned or checked before we arrived. Apparently you can’t flush toilet paper down the toilet!!! As all communication is done remotely, we tried to complain and were told they’d arrange to move us to another room. Hours passed, and despite several calls to the "reception", no one came back to us. We ended up booking another hotel. On top of that, the staff member Jenry Falcon entered our room without any warning or permission. There was no lock on the door from the inside, it had been removed which meant we had no sense of safety or privacy. Additionally, the front door to the building also does not lock. When we raised these issues, we were met with blank stares and false promises. Not a single apology, no offer of compensation, and absolutely no urgency to fix the problems. The so called staff did not care at all. This hotel clearly has no standards for cleanliness, maintenance, or guest safety. It was genuinely one of the worst experiences I’ve had in any accommodation. Save yourself the stress, your money, and your health. Absolute scam, never stay at Renzzi on the Beach.

HEALTH AND SAFETY ISSUE SCAM This place shouldn’t even be allowed to call itself a hotel. From the moment we stepped in, it was clear this was a health and safety disaster. The room had no battery in the smoke alarm, a broken deadlock, and loose, barely-attached door handles — a complete security risk. Anyone could’ve broken in with little effort. The bathroom was disgusting: mould everywhere, a window shade that didn’t cover the window (so yes, you’re completely exposed while showering), and the place looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months — maybe ever. You could practically feel the bacteria on every surface. As if that wasn’t bad enough, guests were told not to flush toilet paper and to dispose of it in a bin instead. That’s not just gross — it’s absolutely unacceptable in any modern accommodation. When we raised these very real issues, the staff were rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. We didn’t feel safe, we didn’t feel heard, and we didn’t stay. We checked out immediately — and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Ever. This isn’t budget travel. It’s a biohazard with a front desk.

Warning SCAM!! Booked this place despite the negative reviews as they had a high star rating but have since discovered they just keep rebranding and changing their name once they reach a low star rating. The positive reviews are also posted by staff members. Save yourself the stress and money and just book somewhere else. This place was not only filthy but felt incredibly unsafe. Out of 4 rooms booked, mine was the only one with a lock on the inside which was completely broken in half from what appeared to be from the door being pushed in. The rooms were full of mould (and smelt like it too) and our fire alarm had no battery in it. We lucked out with a blind on the window in our shower (yes IN the shower) but unfortunately it was not big enough to cover the whole window which looked out into a public space. We were also informed by staff to place ALL toilet paper into a bin in the bathroom and they will collect it every day as it cannot go into the toilet. Still waiting on the place to give us a refund too. Also noticed after posting this that there has been many fake accounts providing 5 star reviews to bump up the rating - beware!
