South Causey Inn

I went for lunch with a friend, and my dog. The staff were lovely, and as we weren't particularly hungry, we ordered a cheese scone. Delicious! It was quite big, and came with a wedge of cheese and some grapes. Recommend giving this place a try. We chose to sit outside, as it was a lovely day, so unsure if you are able to take dogs inside.

Planned a baby shower here today for my sister in law. From planning to preparing for event and during event, it went smoothly. The staff are so helpful and gave me time and space to set everything up. Had help with cake and balloons from small businesses around the area!! The day was absolutely fantastic and I don’t think it could have gone any better. The food was amazing and definitely worth the money. Continuous flow of teas and coffee were provided to our friends and family who attended the event and the staff just made everything easy. The afternoon flowed nicely and everyone enjoyed themselves. We had the space for 4 hours which was more than enough time to hold our event. I helped tidy up after, cleaning all the things I had placed out and even helped the staff with put away candles and flowers they had placed for us. I really appreciate all the help we had been giving on the day of our event (Sunday 29th June) we all had an amazing time and thank you to the staff that made the day flow and who were ever so kind to us also! Thank you again for letting us book the space. I would highly recommend 😊

Visited tonight for a celebration meal. Food was beautiful. We get married here at the old barn exactly a year from now so wanted to spend some time here and try the food. I had corned beef pie and fiance had sausage and mash. Gorgeous. Staff where excellent.
