South facing Pool With Spa & Games Room

This place is not how it used to be! We paid almost $4,000 and me and the hubby are cleaning everything! We spent a lots money on cleaning supplies and doing all of the work while we are on vacation! We traveled from Pennsylvania, arrived late , tired , and we had to clean our apartment, all of the appliances etc.The walls are dirty, the applies are dirty, baseboard , hairdryer, cabinets , kitchen cabinets! The refrigerator is all rusty and dented on the outside ! Come on !!! This people are a ripped off ! They make you prepay before you can even get in the door! And overall the place looks ran down! I DO NOT RECCOMANDED ! IT'S EXPENSIVE AND IS NOT A 5 STAR RESORT !

Completely honest review.. ⚠️FIRST WEEK REVIEW: 3 STARS The place on the inside actually just feels like a home. Gives a warm feeling, decorated nicely etc. However, I feel like some changes could be made. The rooms, some rooms aren't decorated so nicely and they feel plain, for example the bedsheets it was just bland. The room I'm staying in HAD BLOOD stains on the wall and it wasn't cleaned even tho it was supposed to. Theres dust near the beds and the beds are very close to the floor and VERY hard mattress that should be replaced, it's hard to sleep in and it gave me severe back pain. The water does stink a little like swamp, they should fix that too. Some lights were flickering. the bathtubs.. BE CAREFUL WITH THEM, they were very slippery and I almost fell, they should fix that too and it's very dangerous. Yes they provide towels and toilet paper (I don't know why people are complaining about that when you're supposed to bring your own towels and also buy some paper towels when you're staying somewhere) about the rooms, id also say u should bring or they could also provide a thicker blanket because it's actually cold in there and the blankets they provide are thin as paper. The Wi-Fi is great, works amazingly. Tv channels are also great. Overall it's been a good experience, I just feel like they should listen to the reviews and change some things but it is a good place to stay in. ⚠️ UPDATE FROM SECOND WEEK: 1 STAR I am so disgusted to say that I also found blood on MY OWN PILLOW on the other side. They didn't clean this at all. I have also encountered small spiders in the room and a roach in the kitchen. They also ask you to clean everything, towels and stuff before you leave which is so unethical because why do I need to clean stuff for others instead of you giving maintenance to your own place?? Also it's even more disgusting because you don't know if the people before you cleaned everything. So yes, I completely deleted my 3 star review and turned it to one star because of how awful it is. A strangers blood on my bed, straight up horrible. Also careful with the water because it seems like it doesn't have a filter and it gave me allergies on my face and I've never had such bad acne problems. The water stinks. The place isn't so bad but if they want more customers they should actually take care of the place instead of making customers clean everything for them and as u can see it's not clean.

We were to stay here for a few days while we went to the parks nearby. The pics on the website looked great although no photos of the rooms. When we got to our room it smelled like cleaning products and heavy scented deodorizer. The walls were filthy and paint was chipping off the corners. The furniture looked like Goodwill had a sale. I checked for bedbugs and found a horribly stained mattress. Bedroom curtains also had stains. We checked out immediately.
