South Florida Spacious Oasis 4br Retreat with 2 King Beds Amazing Pool Near Beaches

Very great experience staying here for my husband and I. As we truly enjoyed our anniversary here. Very clean and comfy room and bed. Beautiful view of the city and ocean because we had a corner room. Great roof top pool area, very relaxing. Awesome, room service and a special thank you to the bar tender, Gerald! He was extremely kind and helpful to us. Even got me packets of mayo for my sandwich from the kitchen staff when I asked him if it was possible lol. Put extra cherries in my frozen drinks after I said I love cherries. The small things matter most. And the Host for parking out front was so kind as well, really the entire staff were superb! Would definitely stay here again. Thank you to all the kind and attentive staff. You guys are awesome.🥰🙏🏾

I had a lovely stay at this residence inn in sunny isles. Maggie at the front desk is a gem, and the bartender made great cocktails all week (2 are included with your stay each day). Breakfast was great, however there was one breakfast (out of four times) where almost everything at the buffet was empty when I went there at 7:30am. Breakfast itself had good options and it was nice to be able to dine on the pool deck. My room had an awesome view of the ocean and the room itself was great with the kitchenette. One of the nicest residence inns I’ve stayed in and would love to come back!

After 3 days of horrible weather & $60 of useless resort fees, I wanted to utilize the free shuttle to the beach. After three failed attempts, no one there, and waiting because he was “busy” I ended up just walking. Once you get to the beach, they lie because there’s no umbrellas or beds or anyone to assist you . Everywhere you go will be reserved by other hotels. The service is slow & the amenities and associated fees are a joke. The food is equivalent to your high school cafeteria and they charge a service fee even for it to go orders. The room is cool, hallways are dirty, and there was a nail and trash right outside my room door when I just left. Spend a little more and stay somewhere nicer where they are actually accommodating. This is a layover hotel. Lastly, there was a black woman at check-in, who was probably the only helpful person during my stay. I’ll be uploading photos shortly.
