South Pacific Hotel

Beautiful hotel, it seems it was renovated, check in was easy, friendly staff, easy to find and near lots of things , my favorite one the pastry place.

The building is circular, and the rooms are a little small. It's clean and the meals are quite good. Gymn too small and not well ventlated. No coffeehouse.

NOT Clean - First room had stains and brown splatter spots all the way from the front door until the beds, so gross. Requested a room change. Second room didn’t have dirty carpet stains in the whole hotel room, but this time it smelled weird. Like cigarettes or old people… I opted for a smelly room rather than dirty and splotchy floors. Service - requested an upgrade due to the dirty room and said I’d have to pay. Not terrible, but not great customer service if you have an issue with your product. The room was the dirtiest floor/carpet I’ve seen in my life. Room service- nice lady I ran into who cleaned my room. Only reason for 2 stars. Amenities- ROOM DOES NOT HAVE A HAIR DRYER. Came back late at night to only find it didn’t have a hair dryer… inconvenient and didn’t wash my hair. Could request one from the front desk but why is a hair dryer not in every room at a “four star” hotel? NO CHARGER BY BED- only by the TV across the room. Can’t charge your phone by the bed. NOT FOUR STARS- 2 stars at best.
