Good service decent room with a good view. Good amenities. Just a bit out the way from everything else so renting a car helps a lot. There is a bus that stops in front of the hotel too but it doesn’t run that late so be aware. Parking should be free though for hotel guests. Especially for it being in the middle of no where.

I stayed here 2 nights. First night I booked an ocean view club room with lounge access, and second night I booked a deluxe room with harbor view. I also reserved a dinner buffet on the second night. So, I could have both views, lounge facilities and dinner buffet during my staying. I also went to the fish market, and had a tea break at the iias shopping mall on the second day, and came back for dinner buffet before 17:45. It's very easy to go there, since a bus stop just outside hotel front door. It just perfect to go through all this activities within this 2 days. Besides, I also shopped at the hotel convenient store before checking in, and did laundry on the first night. On the last day after checking out, I also went to the pool and the beach. I just wondered how I can do that. It's amazing! By the way, hotel is very spacious, convenient, and relaxing. You can always have a vast landscape, and enjoy time with your friends, your family, or yourself. 25-27/3/25 🧳

I honestly don’t understand how this place is rated as a 4-star hotel. The rooms feel old and poorly maintained, with stained walls and dirty bathroom corners. The bidet only runs extremely hot water with no way to adjust it. The mattresses are hard and you can feel the springs. The TV is outdated and doesn’t support any streaming apps. Another huge issue is that guests with tattoos are not allowed to use public facilities like the pools. I understand this might be cultural, but for a so-called “international” 4-star hotel, it feels very unwelcoming. At first, I was willing to overlook all of these things and not leave a review. But today I had an experience that really showed the poor level of service. I ordered a Domino’s pizza, waited in the lobby, and it never arrived. The app said the order was completed. I asked a front desk staff member if they could please call Domino’s on my behalf since I don’t speak Japanese. They flat out refused, saying they “cannot make calls.” I was shocked.. this is supposed to be a hotel. Instead, I had to figure out how to make an international call from my American phone and ended up asking a kind stranger to help me speak to the Domino’s worker. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel. The service, facilities, and overall experience are disappointing. There are better hotels in the area that even provide airport shuttles and have better beaches. You’re better off booking somewhere else and simply visiting other beaches nearby, because the one in front of this hotel isn’t great either.
