We stayed on 20th June. Booking was easy, thanks to Mr Imran. Room was clean and spacious, comfortable. Breakfast was also good with nice spread. Enough parking space and location of the hotel is close to highway.
Nice hotel and spacious, clean room. The restaurant was decently priced and food was good. The staff at reception and the restaurant were courteous and all tried hard to make our 1-night stay pleasant. However, 1 star taken off because there were so many mosquitoes not only in the restaurant at dinner time, but especially in our room! We caught and killed at least 7 but they kept coming from somewhere even though our doors were closed. Please try to keep up with spraying or mosquito traps. If it was like this in Feb. I can't imagine during the rainy season.
We stayed a night at Southern Star, the rooms are very spacious and can easily accommodate 3 pax, with extra space to walk around. The South Indian breakfast was good, especially poori sagu. However, the filter coffee & tea we order at breakfast was disappointing. Overall, a good experience.
