It’s a very beautiful hotel ✨so many rooms. There’s two pools to choose from, beautiful balcony view 🌁 the rooms are warm no need for air conditioners. Love the gym, it has so many equipment. They also have a spa, room service and so many elevators. Wonderful assistance. Has WiFi, large parking and it’s near the beach. 🏖️ I loved the stay here.

About the only things this hotel has going for it was a clean room, and great sea views. Bathroom was clogged and issue unattended to after complaining. Drop off area , was clogged with teenagers attending a matric ball.No Marshall's or traffic co-ordination. Porters were scarcer still. No parking, I was told I had to park 2 blocks down and walk back. Staff attitudes are poor. 40 minutes in a breakfast queue . First time I've experienced this across my travels.Almost like an AD for why one should stay at home.

I stayed in a room with an amazing sea view, which was definitely one of the highlights. The rooms are spacious, the washrooms are well-maintained, and overall, the hotel is quite clean. However, there were a few disappointing aspects: Laundry service was a big hassle. It involved too many formalities, required multiple follow-ups, and was overpriced—nearly 7 times the standard rate. To make it worse, the ironing quality was very poor. Breakfast was repetitive with no variety at all over the four days—same options every morning. Staff behavior could be more welcoming and friendly. The drop-off area is poorly managed; cars are parked there, which creates issues for taxi pick-up and drop-off. Overall, it’s a decent stay if you're looking for a clean place with good views and large rooms, but expect some inconvenience in service and staff attitude.
