My family loved the Southern Sun Lusaka. The facilities are spotlessly clean and staff are super friendly, helpful and accommodating. The beds are really comfortable. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning. Moses was at the grill each morning and his eggs and omelets were excellent and always served with a smile. A shout out to Roight, who always went above and beyond. Thanks to all of the staff for making our stay great!
Best experience, very professional and quality services. Food is the best, local cuisine and other international dishes. Waiters and waitresses well dressed, always smiling at you and very supportive to the customers.
The hotel is quite decent, some of the staff is quite friendly, but not all. The food in the restaurant is delicious. The rooms are small but well appointed. The toilets are clean, some toiletries like dental kits, shower caps, etc. would help.
