Gorgeous Hotel!! Attentive wait staff, VERY helpful with making travel plans around the city, and with small things within the hotel. Amazing food. Great rooms service. Fresh tea and flavored water daily, beautiful flowers everywhere... Pricing is very reasonable. Would love to stay here again!

I'm happy that we switched our stayed to Southern Sun for almost a week stay, room is comfortable, we had 2 rooms but one of the room needs some work as hook is missing, shower stall is a bit dated and different from the other room, air conditioner was not working at the end, but they quickly found us a portable one. Location is convenient and very closed to Rosebank mall! The staff is friendly and professional, breakfast has lots of selection and staff is very on point, especially 2 ladies making the eggs and the guy making specialty coffee! In summary, we had a great stay with Southern Sun!

There's group of us (4), we each have separate bookings by an agent for the 3-10 Aug. We all got twin(single) beds. We asked for double beds and were told they're not available for our full stay, meaning we could get for today but not the rest of the week. When we agreed to the one day we were told nope, beds not available someone did stock taking. We then asked for housekeeping to join the beds, that too seemed like an enormous task as there's only one person available from housekeeping and it needs to be approved by a manager. I've never been so bored and annoyed by a hotel under the southern sun group. We're looking for alternatives for the rest of the week.
