Super-helpful Staff has to be the standout here! Our TV malfunctioned on our first night, and late at night one of the staff - Tim - brought a new TV to us straight away, fantastic service! Thanks to all the staff for being so attentive and helpful. Our Family loved the Swimming Pool and games facilities (Pool table, Table Tennis etc...) - though if there's 1 thing I'd like the Hotel to look at improving its the location of the changing rooms, which are not directly adjacent to the pool - our young children had to walk through the very cold (we had a Winter visit) recreation area to change, which is not too practical. But with the Red Lion next door offering great breakfast options (and a Kids play area) we really enjoyed our stay here.

Can't recommend this motel highly enough. They truly have thought of every need a guest could want. The rooms are clean, modern and the beds are really comfy. Beautiful indoor pool, spa and sauna. Great gym and games room. A really nice touch is they have a laundry on-site that is free for guests to use, they even supply free laundry powder. The really awesome thing is the Lion Hotel on site. The food and service was amazing. You can also have room service delivered till 10pm at night. The accommodation prices are a total bargain for everything that's on offer. Can't recommend this little gem highly enough. Will absolutely be back .

We got here on Anzac day weekend and all the staff were kind, helpful and courteous. The rooms were clean and tidy and had a homey, cosy feel to it. The rec centre was great and we had fun playing pickle ball and using the gym, playing table tennis and pool. The pool and jacuzzi were great to use after the Ballarat marathon! Staff also gave great recommendations for places to eat. Overall an absolute wonderful stay 👏🏽😊
