Our experience at SOWELL RESIDENCES was great. Despite booking last minute, we were able to secure two apartments at a very reasonable price for our group of 12 people. We were impressed with the spaciousness and cleanliness of the apartments, which were well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location was also ideal, as we could easily access the beach and other local attractions. Overall, I highly recommend SOWELL RESIDENCES.
Residence a few kilometers from both St. Maxime and ST Tropez, practically on the sea, 400 meters maximum. The apartments are well structured, well furnished and very comfortable and clean. The ground floor apartments are a bit suffocated by the garden vegetation which limits light and air, which is why I consider the top floor apartments to be better. The all-inclusive formula is functional, I recommend extending the dead time for lunch to 14. The food, as well as of a decent quality, is very varied and tries to cover the tastes of most people. Small suggestion is to include at least one type of muesli for breakfast and not just the classic kid cereals.
We booked an apartment at Les Perles de Saint Tropez and received one with a view to the parking lot. The apartment itself was ok, but there was no carbadge bin available and cleaning and fresh towels where not available. The surroundings where in an appealing condition and 2 of the 4 tennis courts where closed due to poor maintenance. The resort was also close by a busy road. Overall not a good experience.
