Room was nice, male staff were nice. Female staff were bad. Upon checking out the female staff with long hair asked me for my room number twice. She still made a mistake and charged me for the wrong room number. A guy had to fix her mistake while she just disappeared. She also asked me for a tip, which I've never heard of before. Also the female cleaner didn't clean our room when we put a sign requesting to make up our room. Please hire more male staff and less female staff.
We stayed two nights and chose this hotel since it offered parking; however, upon arrival after 18h voyage, we we told there was NO parking and had to park at the train station (26€/day). Our suite was strangely configured with the open shower/tub in the middle of the room. Service was very nice and attentive. Location is near train station, most restaurants are about 15-20 minute walk (which we enjoyed). Walking back at night did feel a bit unsafe due to location.
Barely a 3 star hotel. The staff and lobby are nice, but the rooms are as small as ones found in Ibis hotels. The breakfast was not exceptional at all and was very overpriced. The water temperature in the shower was warm at best. The location is okay in the daytime, but at night the neighborhood is sketchy. Frankly I was disappointed as I expected a higher quality hotel
