A very nice budget hotel. A beautiful garden and spa accommodations. Food in restaurant is excellent. Large and warm pool and brand new relax zone with a large sauna. Definitely recommended.
We went to spa. Infrared sauna was not functional. Finnish sauna too small. Just for 2-3:people. Steam sauna was good. Pool was pleasant, but water was a bit cold. Not more than 34 c. We enjoyed but will not back here again.
I stayed here for 4 days, and I was not impressed. We paid more than 200 euros per night for an apartment for 4 people, so I obviously expected it to be flawless. It definitely was not. There were broken things everywhere (see the picture), the kitchen had dirty cups on the counter upon arrival and other people’s things in the fridge (see pictures), and the WiFi did not work most of the time. Moreover, the kitchen had NO equipment for cooking and only an extremely small fridge, which is completely unacceptable, as we obviously booked an apartment with a kitchen because we wanted to be able to cook. There was also only very few plates and no bowls, and we had to go to reception to ask for more of these, but they refused to lend us pans or pots to allow us to cook - an experience I would’ve maybe expected in a budget hotel - not a 4-star hotel that charges this much per night. So we were not able to cook at all during our stay there. Finally, while the restaurant does take card, the pool bar did not take card, which made things quite difficult for our group when we were wanted to order things at the pool. And again, completely unacceptable for a supposed 4-star hotel not to accept card payments. The pool area was ok, but even there, we weren’t so impressed: it was 35 degrees outside, and the pool was 32 degrees, which basically meant that it was not possible to cool down by going in it, and a lot of the outdoor equipment was broken, e.g. there was a hammock with a huge hole in it. The only completely positive thing I have to say about this hotel is that the restaurant served nice food and had good vegan options, so this is why I’m rating it 2 stars rather than 1 star. I sincerely hope the hotel management will provide better services in future rather than just charge huge amounts of money without improving the facilities.
