Pools were great! Amazing location! Friendly staff. Good breakfast, and VERY good dinner. The room was clean, and comfortable. Not very spacious, though.
At this hotel hygiene apparently isn't part of its core values, more like an abstract concept it is still trying to understand. The two star review for this establishment reflects this fact. The room itself looked quite alright, but sadly the bathroom had a lot of mold underneath the sink. This is a health hazard, which shouldn't be in a hotel, yet alone a 5 star hotel. Pictures are added to this review. The pools are also far from what is desired. Most of the amenities are not working or are closed, yet that is not communicated to the guests pre booking. Besides that it is also very dirty, with a lot of sediment and algae in the big pool and a lot of dead skin particles in the smaller pool. On a positive note the breakfast and dinner options are grand and tasty, only the breakfast service was rude.
I cant say it is 5 star hotel. It is old. We spent good time but for the amount we payed we didnt had even a terrace in the room. Pools was nice. And also the small ones where is cold-hot water. Expected more, i was not impressed. The food was nice and tasty.
