Spa Hotel Hissar

Loved the pools, there is a variety of mineral pools ranging from hot to cool. The rooms were great, comfortable beds and a nice bathroom and TV. The tennis courts are very nice, but the price is not included in the stay... There is an amazing tennis teacher Aleks, who you can call to play with you and teach you tennis. He is very compitent and skilled as a teacher! Highly recommend you give him a call! His phone number is posted at the door of the tennis courts at the hotel.

We haven’t been here in the summer, but in the winter it’s very peaceful and uncrowded. The large outdoor pool is closed during the off-season, but the hotel has several indoor pools with mineral water. Each pool has a different temperature, ranging from hot to cool. There’s also a park next to the hotel. A great place to relax, highly recommended.

We paid for two nights, left in the morning after the first. The room was dirty, terrace as well. "Deluxe" SPA is nothing but a fancy name for old facilities. Only good thing is that water is mineral. Saw a dead cockroach in the cold room (just at the entrance). We asked the lady at the reception that we want to talk to somebody adequate (she was not, didn't even apologise). We told the same thing to the other lady at the reception on the next morning - nobody showed, nobody called back. If you ever read this - DO NOT go there under any circumstances. The price for this "4"-star hotel is ridiculous. Any other hotel in the area is better, I assume. We went to Starosel the next evening for the same price and there was no room for comparison - the 3-star hotel there was 10 times better.
