Spa Hotel Imperial

Nice hotel! Great location. For Eastern Europe, this may be 5 stars, however I would say 4 is more adequate. Buffet is a bit ordinary, wine menu small. View is grand. Cable car ride down to the town is cute.

Very nice hotel. Well done New Year party. We stayed for 7 days. Breakfast is not very good: a lot of positions are not very tasty and very dry deserts. No place to seat because all the tables were full of dirty dishes. Staff was not very happy if you ask them to clean. If hotel is full- you need to have a breakfast with other people on the same table. We liked swimming pool and sauna. It was quiet there (maybe because we always went there in the evening). Also we liked how friendly were a housekeepers. They also made a good job. Unfortunately we had no chance to try a spa and health service: once we came and it was no one there and we were waiting for a 20 minutes but no one came. Next time we came and they told us that everything is busy so we went to get it in another hotel. Room had a great view on the mountains. Room was big enough and comfortable. Bathroom was big but bath is not very comfortable: shower was constantly spraying water to the floor. I would personally recommend to take another shampoo- from hotel one my hair was difficult to brush it get very dry. Hotel located up to the hill and for us it was more plus than minus because we always had a quite big dinner at the city centre and it was nice to walk back. Unfortunately in the hotel is not quite good bar: we ordered mulled wine and a beer. Beer was from a bottle and instead of mulled wine they just served warm wine from a bottle without any spices or honey or anything, so every night we went for a drink to the city centre. General impressions: it’s a charming hotel with a great potential but with a managers who can’t handle such a big object. Breakfast more as in a small city hotel than as in a 5 star hotel. Nature around and park at the front is amazing.

Don’t book on this Hotel , run away Bad service , Bad food, bad treatments and no A/C on Hotel . Also, the two whirlpool out of service and will take 3 days to fix it. Even the actin manger she is Rude and not professional and i try to check out from first night they told me you can go out but your money will not return ,,, why ? No reason
