⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely awful – complete scam and terrible experience. This hotel should be avoided at all costs. From the moment we arrived, nothing felt right. The room was in terrible condition – dirty floors, stained sheets, and a bathroom that smelled horrible. It was obvious no one had properly cleaned it. The staff were beyond unprofessional, showing no willingness to help or even speak politely. Every request we made felt like we were a burden to them. But the worst part? They overcharged us and gave fake receipts. We were charged for things we never used – and when we asked for clarification, they tried to brush us off. We double-checked everything and realized they intentionally added hidden fees. It felt like they were trying to steal from us with no shame. Even the breakfast was disappointing – low quality and definitely not worth the money. This place is not just poorly managed – it’s dishonest and unsafe. ⚠️ I strongly recommend staying elsewhere. Let me tell you a little about this lovely hotel and what we went through They stole from the receipts that were not signed by us or were not signed at all. They talked about us discussing . Boris at the reception said, "I hope you don't come back here," and the other Kristina laughed from the side. We were treated humiliatingly in the spa. They laughed at us above the head , at mini bar they tried to charge us for 100 lev when we left the hotel, which we didn't touch. I’m fully despondent we come to enjoy And this is what we got.

The most horrible experience I've ever had, don't go near this hotel under any circumstances! The staff starts by forging signatures and charging for things that weren't ordered, secondly charging for things from the minibar (which were already taken out of the rooms on the first day). The two representatives named Kristina and Boris speak in a bullying and disgusting way towards the hotel guests. My two daughters went for a massage at the spa and the two therapists there didn't stop laughing at them and humiliating them. Disgusting DO NOT COME . And full of bugs.
