Spa Hotel Iris

- Great Location - Nice room - everything is very clean - nice spa, but small - good variety of food for breakfast. Even if you come late (just before 10) there is enough food left. - staff is very polite, speaks Russian, English, German - there is no thermal water as mentioned. In the evening it was told us the fountain is operating during the day. Next day in the morning we checked, it was closed again….

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall amazing experience. Everything from the staff to the procedures was exceptional. A special shoutout to Dr. Yuriy, the nurses, and the entire team for their warmth and professionalism—they truly made my stay memorable and worth coming back for. On the downside, the breakfast juice machine was disappointing, with the water-to-juice ratio being off or not working properly. Additionally, the WiFi was the worst I’ve ever encountered; it couldn’t load a single page on my phone, forcing me to rely on my roaming data for a week. Despite these minor issues, the excellent service and friendly staff made it a great stay. We will defo be back

Good spa hotel with nice spa area. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Good location but parking can be difficult. Ask the hotel to reserve you a parking spot. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.
