One of the best places I’ve ever stayed! I honestly didn’t expect it to be this amazing. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was outstanding, and all the facilities were beyond our expectations. I came with my family from Dubai, and every one of us was genuinely happy with the experience. A special thanks to the hotel manager, who treated us like he had known us for years — a truly remarkable person who deserves recognition for his hospitality. If you’re visiting Innsbruck, this is the only place you should stay!
The best hotel spa in the area. They have really big spa area with different kind of saunas and pools. I love salt sauna to relax after a long ski day. Also they have programs for relaxing, but, unfortunately they are all in textile free area and I am not really comfortable with this kind of area. They have also heated outdoor pool and jacuzzi… fantastic experience with nice view of snowy mountains. The only problem is the bed. It was not my favorite bed, but all in all it was good. Highly recommended to anyone who loves spa specifically after skiing.
Great location, lovely hotel although standard room was quite small (and shower is tiny if you are slightly above average height/width). Downside of room is no mini bar, no lock on door and no aircon (central heating is set on at 24 Celsius and cannot be turned off, great in winter but the summer??). I was given a fan to help with airflow. Hotel offers a shuttle service from/to Innsbruck train station for €100 each way. Service from Kostas (my allotted waiter) was excellent. Your dining table is allocated on arrival and this is your table for dinner and breakfast for the duration of your stay and generally you have same wait staff. Luckily for me Kostas was friendly and efficient. Sitting at the same table I'm sure is helpful for staff to get to know guests but I found looking at the same wall (my table had no view) and same people night after night a bit dull. Service in the outdoor restaurant was slow but with very friendly staff. Clearly they have regular returning visitors and staff tend to focus on these which makes sense but can be a bit frustrating if you need to wait 25 minutes for that iced coffee. The half board was good value ... breakfast has buffet and items from menu. Dinner is 6 course menu with 2 choices in each course (don't worry it's only a few mouthfuls for each course, juste a taste, you can manage the 6 courses one of which is a very average salad buffet). Does not include drinks so a bottle of water and glass of wine is approx €25. Included also is a small selection of cakes (but not the aforementioned coffee) for afternoon tea. Spa area and services are extensive and great pool (indoor and out). A note for my friends with one good knee..... There are quite a number of stairs to navigate (albeit an elevator for higher floors, nonetheless several steps throughout before you get to the elevator including at front entrance). If you have difficulty with stairs or need walker/cane/wheelchair access, then this place will not suit. Otherwise the atmosphere, scenery and fresh alpine air make for a great stay at this hotel.
