Spa Hotel Orbita

Top hotel especially considering the price (one of the best in the area for sure). Driving distance to Kartala ski zone (25-30min). Free parking for all guests (enough parking spots). I can honestly say the level has improved compared to last year. They try to use high quality local farm products. The presentation is modern, the dishes delicious. Service is impeccable. SPA area is very nice (especially the saunas), warm pool and cozy relax zone. The rooms are comfy and modern. Overall 10/10. P.S. Forgot to mention the super cool animation for kids :) P.S.S. WiFi reception is poor at some areas. Needs to be improved considering the fact the mobile internet can't be used freely cause of the occasional Macedonian operator switch.

Nice hotel. We have been there couple of times. A few disappointing things to mention: The dinner is now a-la-carte and not a buffet, which is fine but the food is some kind of gourmet. We were there for Bulgarian food. The service was APPALING. I got called off and yelled at by one of the waiters, complained to the restaurant management and they didn't care at all. Escalated the complaint to the hotel manager, who promised to oversee the situation and get back to us. None of this happened... We were there in February, it is now mid March and none of us have received any info on solving the problem. The hotel manager mentioned the waiter is "known for his poor behaviour". We loved the hotel, however, the issue we had was handled poorly by management so would most likely not visit again.

Terrible place to stay. I dont know where the four stars came from. Service is rude , restaurant is a joke - „open” until 24:00 but you can order a drinks only. In generall you have here the feeling that you are nit welcome here. Stay away of this place !
