The best place in Pamporovo and may be in the whole region I have been all around the world - USA, Mexico,Dominican republic, Turkey,, Italy , Spain , Greece …. That place make me feels home . Great hotel, everything organized to the very small detail: transfer to ski slopes, inner playground for children with animation team included, spa and pool for adults and children. The food has a great variety and is delicious. We really enjoyed it here, great job.
We had booked 4 nights in hotel with breakfast and dinner. Overall the apartment was clean and big enough to accommodate two adults and two children. One of the kids was on normal bed and the other on the couch. The bathroom maybe needs a little more attention but nothing serious. Hotel staff was very friendly and the food was with plenty of choice. Location is very good and the ski school allow us to send our son to ski every day with instructor. There are free busses to other parts of Pamporovo every 15 minutes. Kids corner was also very nice with different events every day and kids disco every night. Definitely recommended place to book.
