Spa Hotel Parus

Quiet and cozy place. Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, great sauna, had a great steam bath, big pool. Big plus is the restaurant at the hotel, you can order dinner to your room. Breakfast buffet, very varied, you can see that everything is cooked with love. Thank you for a wonderful holiday, we will definitely come back again.

WHAT BAD - They given us keys 35 min late so we sit and wait because room was not cleaned. And at the time of check out they called us and told us to vacant the room at 12 exact. in the cafe area a waitress( thin and tall girl i don't know the name) behavior is very bad , people work here are rude except a guy and a lady who does massage . Location is not comfortable as no public transport nearby. So overall the people don't know how to meet and greet and make atmosphere happy. WHAT GOOD - its new , clean , good Breakfast, in between the park , near lake .

The hotel says it is 4 stars. But I can only give 4 stars to the restaurant. The cuisine is very tasty, you can bring your own alcohol to the summer house. Or order food to your room. You can visit the sauna and pool for free until 12:00. The hammam is not included. It is paid. The disadvantages that marred our stay at the hotel and after which we will not recommend this hotel to anyone and will never return there: A 4 star hotel should provide daily cleaning. But in this hotel, if you do not ask, then do not expect cleaning. Towels are not changed. The heated towel rail does not work, because of this they are constantly wet. We came to the reception in the morning, asked to change them. They said ok. In the evening we returned to the room, but nothing had changed there. Later we found out that in order to change the towels, you need to throw them on the floor. But they do not change them. And a foot towel is given out once and for all days. The buffet is weak. It's far from the center, keep that in mind. Water. We have something to compare with, believe me. You are given 2 bottles of 0.5 each. They write down what you gave. Taking more is not an option. We check out. We give the key, they ask us to wait until they check if we did anything wrong in the room. Are you serious? Give yourself 2 stars and continue doing this nonsense.
