Spa Hotel Persenk

Very VERY luxury and romantic. I recommend so much! Breakfast is so tasty. Rooms are amazing and the beds are super soft. Amazing view from the Balcony. RECOMMEND.

The hotel is lovely and we enjoyed the spa zone, the food and the entertainment facilities. While the hotel is situated in the centre of town and our room was overlooking the street, we didn’t hear any traffic noise at night - perfect for people who are looking for convenience, peace and quiet. The room was spacious, the bathroom was very large and beautifully designed. The staff are absolutely wonderful people - smiling, friendly, polite and always there for you. I called in advance to ask for help organising a surprise for my bf’s birthday and they went above and beyond to make it unforgettable for both of us. We’d love to come back again!

Very disappointed from the service. On the reception they clearly don’t know what they are doing. I was convinced to upgrade my reservation to book family rooms and I was told the check in is after 14 pm and after our arrival at 14 they said our room is not ready we waited an hour and they said we can’t give you a family rooms and they offered a room on the second floor and the second on the 5th floor. After some arguing they said ok we’ll give you the family rooms with a common door, however need to wait 15 min and finally after 2 hours wait we got the family rooms. It was really bad experience for us. Not to mention the hair we found on our sheets and towels and the expired chocolate in the minibar. The food in the restaurant isn’t great as well. I don’t think we’ll visit again.
