I made a booking through a 3rd party website, without the option of free cancellation. Despite this, I contacted the hotel direct and they agreed to a full cancellation without any penalty. This is really generous and is great customer service. I will definitely book again once Covid is over. Thank you.

A very nice renovated hotel, super staff, nice atmosphere, new facilities: sauna, sport hall, 2 swimming pools and of course a professional treatments: massages, baths, acupuncture, Krio-sauna and everything else what you need for your health! Than's a lot, spent an unbelievable time!
