We stayed for three days and were generally happy with our stay. Our room had a mini fridge, safe, great bed and was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was good, but bit variety wouldn't hurt. Garage is optional extra, so is the "spa" part. Location is close to old town so it was perfect.
We visited the spa hotel for one night as a stopover on our trip for one night. The service was very friendly, equal if we were calling or as we were at the hotel this was outstanding. You can reach the main points of Budweis in about 5 to 7 minutes by feet. The breakfast had a great selection of nearly everything and was very good quality. It is possible to park directly at the hotel but it is recommended to reservate or call the hotel cause there are limited parking bays. We got an coupon for one discounted cocktail at the rooftop bar as we arrived and took the chance to visit and it was a nice expierience cause you have a great view and the cocktails were pretty good and compared to the city bars they had a fair price, too.
The hotel facilities are old, the air conditioning equipment is prone to failure and noisy, and the service attitude is very poor. I don't recommend it except for the cheap price.
