Spa Hotel Zedern Klang

I’ve visited Zedern Klang in both summer and winter, and each stay was unforgettable. The peaceful mountain setting, paired with the soothing spa, makes it the perfect place to recover and revive. The cedar-scented saunas, outdoor pool, and wellness treatments are a true escape from everyday stress. Both the cuisine and the hospitality are top-class—always warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. Whether blanketed in snow or surrounded by alpine green, this hotel is a slice of paradise.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Calm and peaceful. Beautiful nature. Not crowded area. Great SPA and half board. Coming here 8th time.

I had an extremely disappointing experience. They canceled my reservation shortly before my planned arrival, without providing any clear explanation or assistance in rebooking alternative accommodations. Not only was this extremely inconvenient and stressful, but the hotel also failed to respond to any of my attempts to reach them. The way the hotel handled—or rather, did not handle—this situation showed a concerning level of neglect for their guests. The poor customer service and abrupt cancellation was truly unprofessional and it indicates poor level of quality of the hotel's service.
