Great hotel. Our family had a wonderful time. Hotel location is very good with walkable distance to sightseeing places with kids. Room was clean with super beautifull view. Breakfast was great, staff was very polite and helpfull. Spa space was a realy relaxing. Massages were done perfectly. To sum it up, highly recomended place to stay.

Nice place to stay in Nida. Good breakfast with a lot of plates to order. Rooms are good, shower very nice. Very quiet environment. Swimming pool is however very small and not possible to put enough seats for all people present.

The location of SPA Nida is fantastic, surrounded by breathtaking nature and a serene environment. However, the hotel itself seems to focus solely on maximizing revenue rather than investing in quality or customer satisfaction. We celebrated New Year’s Eve here three years in a row, but for 2026, we’ll be looking for a new place. The quality has been steadily declining, even as the prices remain high. The facilities and furniture are worn out and not maintained—hairdryers in the spa don’t work, and the spa treatments, while overly expensive, are far from exceptional. This year, the restaurant was particularly disappointing. The dinner menu hasn’t changed, the food quality has significantly deteriorated, and the corn-fed chicken was a complete letdown. After one attempt, we avoided dining there for the rest of our stay. What disappointed us the most was the complete lack of effort to retain loyal customers. No special attention, no recognition—nothing to make return guests feel valued.
