I had a facial and it was terrible, not worth the money at all. The rooms are not so clean and the pool had most of the pumps switched off so people had to wait in line to get a water massage. The water is thermal which is good but the services are not worth the money
The worst spa centre in Vrnjacka Banja. If you choose any other spa in Vrnjacka Banja, you will not make a mistake. The capacity of spa centre was 300% filled. You don’t get towels and flip flops. All the amenities are full and the water is so dirty. Please avoid this spa at all costs.
Definitely not value for money. The first night was a nightmare. There was an event in the restaurant with live music and they gave us a room right above the restaurant. We are with small kid and no chance for good sleep because of the noice - super loud Serbian live music the whole night. Totally unacceptable. No service - they could have considered not giving a room right above the restaurant to a family with kid. Noone to take actions or even accept our complaint. Furthermore the cleanliness is questionable, the spa zone is really small and poor. Definitely not coming back and wouldn’t recommend it.
