This is one of the nicest hotels we have been to with kids. The hotel actually does cater to families with kids which is awesome. The room was set up with our kids in mind ( 6mo and a 2yo ). During meal times, there is always food available for the kids including baby puree and biscuits for babies. Staff is pleasant and attentive. The front desk is very accommodating as well. We asked for extra pillows and were provided a catalogue to pick pillows from, which were then delivered to our room along with extra robes and towels. The Penthouse suite is huge and has a nice balcony with a view towards the mountains. Highly recommend the hotel, it's a place we will visit again when in Bulgaria.
A very good luxury hotel, with kind and polite staff, who was nice to the our kids all the time. Special thanks to Mrs. ANTONIA, the restaurant manager, who made us feel very welcomed, smiling every time and making enjoyable conversations whenever we saw her. The food was delicious and diversified. Spacious and luxurious rooms, cleaned daily, with a spectacular mountain view. A very cosy SPA area, with an adults only area which was so relaxing. The gym was well equipped, had clean towels and cold water every time. We also apreciate the birthday surprise. We hope to come back soon.
My Family and I had a great time at the resort! We stayed in one of the villas- in a studio apartment. It was very quiet! The view was great - you could easily relax on the balcony. We also enjoyed the spa and the food at the restaurant. It felt like there is a good variety and they were trying to serve different choices (especially for dinner). There were small disappointments - such as bitter eggplant and not properly washed kale - but despite of this - we ate very well there:) it was nice to have a kids club and a small kids playground outside the hotel! Definitely would like to visit again. The only thing that brought my attention and didn’t like - at the kids club - when they were playing music - it was extremely loud! I’m pretty sure this is not healthy for our children! And not necessary!
