I had the best experience in years! Normally in Poland you will never find smiling nice employees! In this hotel I met the best employees I ever seen! They are amazing! The food was nice and the best was Chicken Pane! It was wow! The pool and spa was super nice and clean! I 100% recommend! Specially to people with kids and couples! It’s quite because they have special places for the kids, so they are having fun without disturbing anyone! Please appreciate the employees because they really deserve the appreciation! They were doing their best to give us the best experience in whatever we need to be happy with them! Thanks to all of them for real!
We found a Diamond hotel as a great place to relax and charge batteries. We liked that our room had a big balcony and it was nice and comfortable. This is one of not many places that informed us that we can use the room a bit longer if there are no new guests coming the same day. It was a very nice gesture. Especially since the initiative was on the hotel end. We bought a stay with a breakfast package and it was a great idea. The food was variable and very tasty. After the whole day of walking, we were relaxing in the pool and sauna area. This place attract a lot of families but it didn't bother us but rather give us a family vibe feeling. In the end, we want to say thank you to all staff that was super nice and very helpful. You can feel their goal is to make your stay great.
I can give a good rating, because I believe the hotel is trying to be accommodating to families and tries to provide to everyone. However, we booked as a couple to go skiing nearby, not to spend the time with kids there. If your focus is to have a calm and quiet visit, I wouldn't recommend, because there are kids screaming and running since early hours to late night. This was fine for us and we understood that this is the focus of the hotel, but it might not be for everyone. As for the facilities, we were happy with our three star room, everything was in worki g order. It the most modern and not freshly renovated, but clean, so what spacious and provided what we needed. View was also nice. Food was great in my opinion, buffet replenished well into the closing time. The pool area, albeit smallish, was sufficient. People did not overcrowd it much, we could swim and use both the jacuzzi and sauna. I appreciate the true Finnish style sauna which went up to 102 C. Parking was also allright in my opinion, even with a fullish hotel. There are spots from which you have to reverse, some spots might require more skilled driver, but I didn't have trouble parking in the evenings. Staff is also warm and welcoming. The biggest negative is the lack of English from the staff though. I am Czech and we made things work by communicating in our languages, however I tried English initially, since I can understand and express myself better than in Polish.
