We stayed recently with our young family. We stayed in the apartments, which were excellent. Very clean, modern and very very spacious. We were able to book massage treatments which we did ahead of arrival. These were great and we also enjoyed using the pool, where the children were welcome. Great breakfast included and the receptionist was brilliant- very kind and helpful. The hotel is situated in the forest (approx 15/20 minute walk to the main town centre). It was lovely and peaceful and there is a beautiful walk through the forest into town (only really possible in daylight). We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend.
We enjoyed the attention of staff, high quality of services, and amazing food. At first we worried about the location. The hotel is outside the city, but the short walk along a peaceful forest path made it not only convenient but also relaxing. Hope to come back one day :)
Good variety of spa treatments. Nice hotel room. Be aware there is not a regular restaurant, just a dining room where they serve pre-ordered dinners. The "hotel" does not have regular daily room cleaning service...
