Spagna Luxury Rooms

This hotel stands out for its excellent location, situated in a vibrant area close to all services and amenities. The rooms are spacious and exceptionally clean, with every corner meticulously maintained to the highest standards. As for the staff, they are incredibly professional and courteous, always welcoming you with a warm smile and attending to all your needs with promptness and care.

Luxurious rooms, superb location overlooking the square at Spanish steps - handy breakfast We had planned to book a room at Hotel Condotti which has multiple properties around the Spanish steps Victor at the front desk took us to 3 properties and we loved the look of the Spagna Luxury apartments. The price was more than we were willing to pay, but booking directly we were able to get a great deal. The room was large overlooking the square at Spanish steps (see photos at various times during the day). The bathroom was clean, new and the towels and supplies luxurious. A well stocked coffee and breakfast room with a nice dining area was right on our floor. A bonus was the mini balcony we could lean out over the square. The Spagna apartments are a 2 minute walk from Hotel Condotti. There is an elevator to get to the 3rd floor. The hotel also arranged for a Mercedes sedan for about the same price as a taxi to the airport.

We stayed here a few weeks ago. Room was not ready for 3pm check in time despite emphasising need to use it promptly. We were made to wait with no compensation. The room decor was nice, but it has no adequate noise or light insulation. It was extremely noisy and bright at night making it super hard to sleep. Would not stay here again. Unpleasant experience.
