Sparkling Hill Resort and Spa Adults Only Resort

We came here for our 10 year anniversary, and our overall experience was fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay. It is a bit far to go out to dine at other restaurants, but it’s secluded which is also nice. The service throughout the resort was good, we just found the service to be slow at our dining experiences on site. I do want to recognize Georgia, she served us at breakfast, and really left a lasting impression on us. Again, overall we had a great time, so we’ll definitely be back! My mom and I came to sparkling hills for a little getaway last week and we were not disappointed! What a beautiful place! We found the staff to be welcoming, the room was cozy and had an incredible view, the food was delicious and we really enjoyed the pools and hot tubs. Best of all, no kids! No offence to anyone with kids but I’ve got to say it’s very nice to enjoy an adult only resort and pool. Everything was very clean. We especially enjoyed the tea room after our sauna session. The staff were always very friendly. In addition to trying all the pools and saunas we also explored the trails, used the weight room and tried all the restaurants. I especially enjoyed the breakfast and coffee in the morning. There are lots of little nooks to relax in around the resort, we even did a puzzle in one of the lounges! So much fun. We would absolutely love to come back The only things I would change is I’d love to have a coffee maker in the room, and I wish the shower was a bit more private! I know most people coming up are couples but if you’re sharing with a friend it’s a little difficult to have privacy as the bathroom is quite open! Also there could be a few more lounge chairs by the pool as they filled up quickly

My husband and I enjoyed our stay overall- however, we found that phone communication with front desk staff was difficult (more quick to reply over email), but they were always polite. We enjoyed the spa (pool, hot tub, saunas and steam rooms) and the included breakfast selection was delicious. Our room with a view was nice, very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The sink however took some time to drain. Tub and shower were fine. We didn't really like the valet service as we had to remind them more than once to charge our Tesla after our long road trip to get to Sparkling Hills. Also, they had left our car doors unlocked overnight for 5 hours from 4:30 am. Luckily, I received an auto notification from the Tesla app to lock our vehicle, but I didn't receive it until I woke up in the morning and at least our car was in valet mode with limited access to anything. The staff did apologize, but no credit was given or anything that made us feel that they wanted to go above and beyond.
