The staff would get 10 stars. They were very helpful and did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. Special thanks to our restaurant waiter, Innocence. He went above and beyond to take exceptional care of our family!

The receptionist aren't welcoming and friendly. The waiters are so unprofessional, they do not understand what refilling food, milk, coffee and drinks simply means. In terms of restricting to guest - service providers relationships and questions, they progress to asking personnal questions and been too familiar.
