The rooms were absolutely spotless and quite big which was great . They do a lovely breakfast , continental then with your choice of an omelette, scrambled egg or porridge as a hot option . Nice coffee . However they do not do lunch/dinner so we had to go oit for anything after that. No lift in the hotel but we were ok as we were on the 1st floor. We were central to everything which was a great advantage , a lot of tours also offer pickup from this hotel
The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly; however the hotel is lacking in maintenance. The remote control for TV was missing. The shower head height adjustment was jammed fridge was not working and on our third night the curtain rail and curtains fell on us. This is because the bed is not well positioned only a foot gap and it was poorly installed. The member of staff told us it has happened before and would be fixed the next day (it wasn't fixed). Location is excellent to explore Krackow and if you just want a bed and shower it's fine.
Staff at reception were not very welcoming and seemed quiet hesitant in checking in 7 guys. We were away on our annual Father's Day weekend trip. Various age group from mid 40s to late 60s. I expect a more friendlier greeting on arrival, after all we chose and paid for this hotel amongst many others. Hotel was fine, beds, cleanliness etc. Had breakfast one morning ,it was fine. The bar is a quick stop drink before moving in elsewhere as there is no atmosphere, entertainment or sport on show. A bit lifeless but great location and to new and main square.
