Great location! 5 minutes walk to the beach and 3 restaurants, 5 min drive to a supermarket. Room is modern and clean, beds and pillows are very comfortable. Very quiet gated community. Highly recommend!

We had an outdated unit. Cleaning service was twice a week but they didn't do much, just changed the bath towels. Location is good. Plenty of barking stray dogs in the middle of the night or stupid car alarms. Not much rest after a week.

Neighborhood with Unsafe Vibe The property has potential. Views of bay/mountains are beautiful and the staff friendly. BUT the property was designed as a resort, went bankrupt, and stopped construction midway. As a result: Directly in front of the Piscadera Harbour Village resort, an entire complex of buildings (Piscadera Bay Complex), originally designed as a shopping/restaurant group of buildings, are now abandoned. Graffiti, broken glass, homeless and stray dogs. Vacant, partially constructed buildings, overgrown vegetation. Guests' First Impression (and Entrance) of the resort is through this deserted complex of buildings. On the resort property buildings were started but never finished. Each apartment may have different issues. We only stayed in two. Communicating with staff was delayed and confusing. Very helpful once you reach them. Housekeeping lady is the star of this story as she cleaned and worked to give us a new apartment. Management, however, never responded to email.
