Our stay at Cloud 8 was like a slice of paradise. Lovely clean apartment with everything we needed for our stay. Wonderful view over the bay from the balcony with amazing sunsets. An easy walk along the beach walkways to cafes and bakerys to start the day. We will be back. We highly recommend.
Great location, spacious unit, great facilities. Small car parking only, however there is plenty of street parking available.
Extremely horrible treatment from the principal/manager of this hotel. So unprofessional and unhelpful, we feel completely robbed of our money. Tried to get a refund after only booking 1 week ago (there is a 40 day cancellation policy) and the principal/manager was extremely rude, making up excuses to not give us our rightful refund. Absolutely shocked in how badly we have been treated, especially the phone conversations which were very rude.
