If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Exceptional customer service! The grounds are well taken care of! My family and I stayed in a 3 bedroom condo and they were very spacious! You are very close to all of the theme parks! The pool and water parks that are included are just a bonus! Do not look anywhere else and book this family friendly resort!
We checked in on Friday evening and everything has been wonderful. The staff are very friendly and the pool is stunning. The unit is very clean, spacious, and well equipped. As far as those complaining about parking in the lot, it is hardly an inconvenience. If you are here for the parks or golfing, you will be walking, so I am not sure what the complaints are about. It would be nice if people didn't abuse the 10 min. spots to load and unload. It would also be nice if the pool were opened until 8 or 9. However, we will definitely be returning!!!!!
The place we stayed at was brand new. I can tell the appliances were never used. Very clean and luxurious. The gym was very clean and the staffs are on point. Only down side was we had someone upstairs who was running around everywhere late at night around midnight. But it’s a family vacation with kids so didn’t mind it. We were all up late like 2-3am anyways so we hope they had fun also. Would definitely recommend for family of younger children. Our older kids enjoyed Island H2O.
