We attended the sphinx on a Wednesday evening for a relaxing drink. Played some pool had a poke and shared finger food! The attendant her name was Monique, highly highly recommend. She gave us amazing service and made our time there perfect! Best out of everyone we came into contact with there staff wise ! She was always bubbly but busy doing something & made sure we had what we needed when we needed it. Was super polite and beautiful to speak to! would definitely be coming back again hopefully when she’s on shift! 5 stars for the beautiful food chefs are amazing and Monique’s services she definitely deserves recognition she went above and beyond!
Bistro always delivers when we have gone with the family. Especially that we are not locals. One of our favourite places to eat when visiting Geelong or driving through!! Not to mention the feel of Egypt with the statue displays.
Public holiday 10% tax added - fair enjuf but boy were they taking the piss. Ordered a $17 pizza and they wanted to charge $23. Called the manager and he corrected it and it was then $20.90. Wtf. Cancelled the order then went to the Great Western who had no surcharge and a lot of customers.
