Spice Hotel & Spa All Inclusive

This is a beautiful resort, perfect for relaxation, where you can enjoy a fine sandy beach, clean water, and quality services. The rooms are clean and welcoming, featuring a fridge stocked with soft drinks and sparkling water. Upon arrival, you’re greeted with a bottle of wine and a thoughtful welcome gift. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom is beautifully designed, and the beds are very comfortable. Meal times are well-organized, the food is tasty in my opinion, and there is a good variety to choose from. If I were to make one suggestion, it would be to add a few fans in the beach and pool bar areas to keep them running during the day, as it can get quite warm.

Great service makes this place stand out, and we’d like to mention Serval from guest services as a superstar. The hotel is very well maintained and room services and cleaning is exceptional. The complex has great pools and restaurants, easily enough to keep you busy for a week, although for two weeks you’d need to plan day trips. Water sports were fun, you pay extra for this but we expected that. We did not expect the guy who tries to sell you photos of the water sports for more than the cost of the activities! We enjoyed the company from our ant roommates, and we found the whole villa area relaxing without the crowds the main pool attracts. The beach is fab, not crowded and we strongly recommend the pavilions. They even bring cold towels and ice cream, what more do you need. I saw some other English reviews complain about language skills of the hotel staff. Get over it, you are abroad in turkey. We found all the staff lovely, and always communicated well when we took the time. If you want full English fried breakfast with lager every day this is not the place for you, but if your are international and appreciate the finer things you will love it. Very hot in the summer though, but I guess that is to be expected.

The hotel is very nice, the staff makes everything possible to make you feel happy although some of them are not speaking English. The rooms are cleaned every day and also they change your towels every day. The only thing that I think it’s too much is that almost everywhere the staff is speaking Russian. I can understand that because most of the clients of the hotel are from Russia and I have no problem with that, I’ve meet some Russian families and they are very nice. But if you are other nationality sometimes it feels like you are in a Russian resort. Also the kid area needs some more attention. Some of the toys are broken, no functional swing in the park and I think there should be a service for the parents that are with the children in the kids pool. In 7 days just one time a waiter came and asked if we would like something. The is food is great and the attention of the kitchen chefs at lunchtime and dinner is great!
