We recently stayed for 5 nights. Service from Reception was truly exceptional - Philip and Charles went beyond anything we have experienced in our travels. We will return and use this hotel in future visits to Sydney. The location is so convenient to eateries and transport and only a beautiful short walk to the Quay.
This is a lovely boutique hotel in a very convenient central location, a very short walk from many great bars and restaurants and walking distance to the CBD. The room was extremely comfortable with an amazingly comfortable bed and a huge shower. The staff were absolutely delightful and went out of their way to be friendly and accommodating. It is rare to get service like this in Australia. I will be returning.
Spicers offers a wonderful venue for a corporate workshop. They have created a beautiful aesthetic that delivers a very warm and engaging ambience. I ran a workshop here in the conference room. The tech equipment was easy to use and they provided a white board and Flipchart with plenty of paper/pens. The staff provided impeccable service. The food and coffee were excellent. The meeting room would suit a small group (max of 10). A little slim courtyard running down the length of the room allows light and fresh air if required. Highly recommend this venue and would recommend it as a beautiful place to take your team when there is a need to spend focussed time together.
