A Perfect Start to Our Marriage Unforgettable Experience at Spicers Vineyard Estate After leaving the Kingsley in Newcastle, where we had our wedding reception the night before, we headed to Spicers Vineyard Estate for our second night as a married couple. From the moment we arrived, we were incredibly impressed by the level of service, comfort, and attention to detail. We were warmly greeted at reception, and the staff immediately assisted with our bags insisting we didn’t lift a finger. When we arrived at our suite, we were welcomed by a cozy open fire and a complimentary bottle of champagne waiting for us, which was such a thoughtful touch. Not only that, but the team also arranged a light snack so we could relax by the fire before heading to our dinner reservation. At dinner, the staff once again made us feel special by congratulating us on our marriage and offering complimentary drinks as we browsed the beautifully curated menu. Every detail of our stay was exceptional from the luxurious Leif Buddha Wood hand soap to the heated floors, towel racks, and the indulgent double spa bath. It’s clear that a great deal of care has gone into creating a space that is both luxurious and welcoming. We want to sincerely thank the management and staff for making us feel so cared for during such a meaningful time. We’ll absolutely be back for future special occasions and will be recommending Spicers Vineyard Estate to all our friends and family. I would highly recommend future brides and grooms to consider Spices Vineyard State as a venue for their wedding reception. It’s an exceptional location that offers a beautiful and memorable setting for such a special occasion.

Wow, what a fantastic experience at Spicers Vineyards Estates! I came here with my partner to celebrate his birthday and the incredible team at Spicers did whatever they could to make our experience special. The staff were so kind, welcoming, accommodating and helpful. The property and room were fantastic too. The best place for a quiet recharge away from the city. For us, the real star of the show was the wonderful team behind it all. I’ll definitely be staying with Spicers again in the future. Thank you for everything team ♥️

After coming here for many many years it’s sad to see the decline in quality. The rooms need an upgrade and at the very least they should provide proper feather dooners instead of the blankets that weigh a tonne and provide little warmth. I stayed 2 nights and was disappointed overall. The staff are wonderful but for the cost it’s certainly not worth it. We had a neighbour deciding to have a spa at 11pm last night and we heard the tub being filled and emptied at 1am. How is it that we can hear every bit of plumbing in a resort of this standard?? To say we had a crap sleep is an understatement. I hear it is now owned by PE firm. They need to invest serious capital into this place. Carpet was dirty. Bathrooms outdated. Furniture needs updating as well. Won’t be coming back in a hurry.
