This place is definitely the best wellness hotel ive ever been to. The spa section has an unbelievably beautiful and calming atmosphere. All the walls, pools, plants and lights are tidy and kept clean. Everywhere you look whether that be the bathrooms or the ceilings is pretty. The pools are all nice, there is probably around ten. Some outside some inside and some even thermal. Most of the pools have extra streams of water to massage the individual, these are really fun an enjoyable. The pools are surrounded by beds and even double beds which you do have to pay for and reserve though. There is also a large swimming pool for those who want to exercise in the water. In the spa section one can also find the sauna world which is a fantastic experience by itself. There are about 8 saunas, a cold plunge, a cold room and even a relaxation room. The saunas are all great and there are plenty. One most go without swimwear though, only towels are allowed. All in all the spa is fantastic, truly state of the art, i definitely recommend going down at night though from 8-10 pm because thats when the place is the most atmospheric and empty, youll find saunas and pools all for yourselves. The dining at the spa bar is pretty great as well, they make your food quite fast and there are a lot of options actually. Unfortunately i do have some complaints though, i had a burger which was fine , however the bun was really average and clearly not great quality for the price. I also had a club sandwich which was made out of molded bread and had raw hints of egg in it. This second one was really not great but atleast they gave me a new one. The fries are also really average, unsalted and oily in my opinion. The greenapple Lemonade is very delicious though and comes with plenty of exotic fruits inside of it . The breakfast and the dinner are fantastic. Both are all you can eat and theres a huge variety of everything from starters to deserts. The only critique i have is that during the dinner you cant have any drink for free and even the water has and incredibly high price. On the other hand during the breakfast there are plenty of juices and even champagne for free. The room which we had was nice, everything is clean and tidy, the carpet is great, the shower is nice and the bed is okay as well. The only problem we had was with the heating, our room was incredibly warm and the heating system wasn’t very obvious in its use, and it was also very loud. Lastly i’d like to mention that a gym is also available at the hotel, it is well equipped with quite a few machines for cardio and weight lifting, however the heat there is also unbearable, much worse even than in our room. All in all i really think this place is fantastic and i wish to return soon, the relaxation one can experience here is unparalleled to any place i visited before.
At first glance, the hotel looked promising: a beautiful building, spacious rooms, and five stars on paper. The room itself was fine, but I immediately noticed that the shower knob was broken something that simply shouldn’t happen in a five-star hotel. The biggest disappointment was the restaurant. In a hotel of this level, you do not do self-service. That’s more typical of a four-star hotel or a large resort. It takes away from the luxury experience. On top of that, the food was never served at the right temperature — sometimes too cold, and often overcooked. Food sitting under heat lamps for too long just loses its quality. And honestly, I don’t enjoy standing in line for my meals, especially not when I’m paying for a five-star experience. Another thing that stood out was how huge the hotel was. It felt more like one of those massive tourist resorts in Spain crowded, impersonal, and lacking the quiet luxury you’d expect. Lastly, I want to mention the Luna Bar, which is located in the basement. The atmosphere there was strange and honestly reminded me of a prostitution bar. Dark lighting, an awkward vibe definitely not stylish or classy. Overall: the hotel may have the infrastructure of a five-star property, but it lacks the service, warmth, and refinement that truly define that level. I do understand that for people who aren’t used to real five-star service, this might still feel like an amazing destination as I’ve seen reflected in many of the positive reviews. But unfortunately, I’m used to a different standard, and this simply didn’t meet my expectations.
