We were thoroughly impressed with our stay here! The accommodations were spotless, tastefully decorated, and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. While the hot tub was unfortunately out of commission, the outdoor pool was a wonderful alternative. The breakfast was included with our room, with each guest able to order one dish and one drink (not a buffet). The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

The service here is truly beyond exceptional—words fall short in capturing just how remarkable the experience has been. From the moment we arrived, the staff displayed an extraordinary level of professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness that made us feel incredibly valued and cared for. A special mention goes to the phenomenal manager, Mr. Norm, whose kindness, courtesy, and thoughtfulness are simply unmatched. His leadership sets the tone for a team that delivers customer service at its absolute finest. This place doesn’t just provide service—it redefines hospitality. Every interaction reflects a genuine commitment to excellence, and they go above and beyond to ensure every guest feels like royalty. I cannot recommend this property enough. The location is stunning, the facilities are immaculate, and the experience is unforgettable. We are staying with family and friends—six of us in total—in Villa 022, and the view is nothing short of breathtaking. It feels like waking up in a dream. We stayed at spirit ridge recently. We go to Osoyoos every year, but usually stay at one of the two other comparable hotels in the area. The issue was cleanliness of the room. Our bathroom was not very clean at check in. There was a clump of hair in the shower drain, and overall seemed like it needed a better clean. At check in they ask you if you want morning or afternoon housekeeping. We picked afternoon but never ended up getting housekeeping because by the time they came around it was after 4pm and we would be back in our room by then getting ready for dinner. When we called down for things like extra towels or pillows it would take over 30 minutes to get them. So overall we found cleaning and housekeeping services poor, especially when considering we were paying about $500 a night. The room was somewhat dated and could use a refresh. The resort itself is very nice. We really liked the adult pool which has a great view of the lake and excellent poolside service. Definitely a nice resort, we just expected more from the rooms given the cost.
