Splash Beach Resort by Book That Condo

Splash is great for families with children. There is plenty of fun for the kids. We did find the pools and Splash pad to be quiet full. The room is nice and clean. The beds are comfortable too. The one piece of advice, the room has no cleaning services during stay and aside from a starter box for dishwasher and dish liquid, nothing more is provided. Of course there is a washer and dryer in room (also bring your own detergent) and you can wash and reuse towels. If you want a quiet getaway around the pool, you're not getting it here. I am not complaining, we brought our adult children and 3 y/o grandbabies, it is perfect for the kiddos.

Splash is a great choice for families. The onsite splash pad and lazy river are well maintained and offer a convenient transition to and from the beach. Employees are friendly and responsive so it still felt like hotel amenities in public areas even though condos are individually owned and rented. Had to wait for elevators due to volume but they seemed to function well and maintenance was present and visible even though we had no issues in any of our units. Food and drink outlets on site were priced well and served good portions. Being beachfront and convenient to attractions but not in a heavy traffic area is a great balance!

Took a trip here with friends and rented a room through airbnb. The condo was fully renovated and clean with a great view! It is not walkable but we booked knowing this and wanted somewhere not in the middle of the hustle. As an adult this wouldn’t be my first choice to stay again due to it seeming to be more catered to families but if you have kids this is the spot for you!
