Great hotel for location and staff. Room was also very nice with view of the cathedral. Staff very helpful especially Kimmie and Harry who helped us organise trips and massages. Had body and foot massage at hotel and price better than out on the street and both very good. I would recommend this hotel to others.
The service is excellent... we want to thank especially Ms Rose, Ms Anna and her colleagues altogether for giving us such a pleasant stay here! They are all so pleasant! I must say the breakfast is very good! Room is clean and comfortable!
Excellent location, but that is it. Rooms vary sooo much - we were a group and experiences go from shower on toilet to 6th floor no elevator. Some rooms smell. And then some rooms qualify for maybe 3star european. Room was not cleaned every day. Its a lottery, take it at your own risk.
