Splendid Star Grand Hotel & Spa

We had a fantastic week at this perfectly located hotel in the heart of Hanoi, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and we loved the balcony view from the upper floor. The breakfast was a daily highlight—the chicken Pho was amazing! The real stars of our stay were the staff. A special thank you to Brain, Anna, Rose, and Kimmie for their warm and proactive service. They expertly handled our Ha Long Bay tour arrangements, organized taxis, and even offered us the lobby to rest in before our late flight. Their exceptional service made all the difference, and we highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were absolutely amazing, always ready to help at any opportunity and genuinely friendly throughout our stay. Our room was fantastic, with a view of the cathedral. A special thanks to Harry, who was incredibly accommodating and kindly allowed us a late checkout to suit our afternoon flight. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of Hanoi. The Hotel manager - Mr Harry is the best. The location was perfect, right in the center of everything. The entire team was incredibly friendly and professional, and their service exceeded my expectations. 🥰 The pool was clean and relaxing, and all the facilities were well-maintained. I was very satisfied with everything and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi. 🤗
