Splendido Bay Luxury Spa Resort

Our stay at Hotel Splendido Bay by Lake Garda was absolutely exceptional! The hotel is beautifully located – with stunning views and surrounded by a well-kept garden, perfect for peaceful walks. The breakfasts were a daily highlight – not only delicious but also very diverse, with something for everyone. Both on-site restaurants served excellent dinners – every dish was fresh and well-prepared, and we were especially impressed by the freshly baked bread served warm, which added a special touch to each meal. The hotel staff truly stood out – everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. A big thank you to Mr. Tony, who also spoke Polish and was always ready to help with a smile. Special thanks as well to the waiters who entertained our baby every morning during breakfast – it made our mornings so much more enjoyable. The wellness area also deserves praise – the indoor pool and spa were perfect for relaxation, and we especially appreciated the opportunity to enjoy the pool with our baby. That’s a huge plus for families with young children. The only issue we experienced was with the air conditioning, which seemed not to be fully functional yet – probably due to the transitional period between winter and summer. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel – it’s the perfect place for both a romantic getaway and a family holiday with a little one!

This Hotel has a great garden and location directly at the lake. The service at the breakfast is good. Unfortunately the rooms are bad smelling, when you enter the hotel the people at the reception do not even greet you. The quality of the breakfast is ok, but not 5stars like- too many things and no good quality. In total: 3,5 stars

I flew in from the Netherlands to celebrate my sister's bachelorette party with friends. Everything had been carefully planned and booked well in advance. The experience, however, was a disaster. Despite confirmation the day before that the spa would be available, especially considering the rainy weather, we were told it was out of service on the day of the event. No advance notice. We had also booked a Pilates class for 3:00 PM. At 3:10 PM, we were informed that the instructor wouldn't be showing up. What was supposed to be a special celebration turned into stressful chaos. Worse still, instead of offering support or alternatives, we were told to look for another place, on the very same day. Completely unacceptable. No effort was made to help us. We weren't even offered a discount. Disappointing.
